Jomtien beach house

On Soi Jomtien 7, west of the beach road. Turn left at the soi mouth and the sand is 3 minutes on foot. Built in 2016. The outdoor kitchen and pool roof were added in 2023.

The ground floor has a reception hall, a separate Thai kitchen, a study with a side door, and a no-step bedroom for an older resident. Upstairs the main bedroom looks over the garden, plus 3 more bedrooms.

The 10 x 4 m pool is 1.4 m deep and runs on salt. Three cars fit inside the wall, including a van. Chanote land is 96 sq.wah. It is not in an estate, so there is no monthly common fee.

Sold with the main furniture. Wall art is excluded. It fits a larger family who want a morning walk to the beach, and a separate study for anyone working from Pattaya.
