Wongamat condos are still the long-stay rental ask

This quarter Living Agent Pattaya is still getting Wongamat condo questions, especially 1-bedroom units around 35 sq.m. and 2-bedroom units around 68 sq.m. within a walk of the beach.

The two groups asking most are people who want to stay long-term themselves, and investors who want monthly rent more than nightly lets. The area gives a sea view and a walk to food or a supermarket.

When people compare Central Pattaya with Wongamat, they usually decide on how quiet the street is and how far the sand is, not on how many units the building holds.
